In August 2023, during the 15th BRICS Summit, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa made an exciting announcement. He revealed that the BRICS group had extended invitations to these dynamic emerging market countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran. We're thrilled to share that full membership for these nations is set to officially commence on January 1, 2024.
